We’ll be on site and ready to welcome you on board from 9h45 AM on the bank near the Green View Resort.
Our scheduled departure time is 10h00.

We appreciate punctuality, but if you are running slightly late, we may wait up to an extra five minutes.
If you anticipate being later than this, please call us before you arrive.
In some cases, we might be able to arrange a long-tail boat to bring you out to join us.

Cruising & Discovering

We’ll begin with a gentle, one-hour cruise around the lake, slowly navigating past the numerous fishing platforms scattered among the "1,000 islands."

This is a fantastic opportunity to observe the diverse local fishing techniques that are central to the area’s economy. You’ll gain a wonderful insight into this major sector and the local way of life, including the preparation of dishes famously enjoyed throughout Laos.

Lunch and Leisure

Next, we’ll drop anchor for a two-hour stop at our ’secret’ island, which we’ve specially prepared with a lovely, long Sala (open pavilion) to welcome you. You are welcome to remain on board for lunch or take a seat under the Sala—whichever you prefer!

During our time on the island, you’ll have plenty of time for a refreshing swim in the lake’s pristine water. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also learn about local net fishing techniques and even have a go yourself!
